A man in Durant, Oklahoma, is accused of eating marijuana to hide the stuff from the cops. That’s what police there say that the man, identified as 23-year-old Tony Pelayo, did early on the morning of March 16.

Police were called to a loud party at the Shady Brook Apartments on North 7th Street. When officers arrived, they say that they found two marijuana joints, which Pelayo quickly took. When the cops asked him to hand them over, he said that he couldn’t because he ate the evidence. He then flashed a leafy green smile at the cops.

Pelayo was arrested for destroying evidence.
